Province. LTC Emmanuel D Pacquiao (Res), Guest of Honor and
Speaker during the Pinning of Ranks Ceremony of 73rd Infantry
(Neutralizer) Battalion personnaly pinned the ranks of the 49 newly promoted enlisted personnel.
Dubbed as the Peace Camp, 73rd Infantry Battalion will soon construct an open basketball court sponsored by our own "pambansang kamao" Cong. Manny Pacquiao. He promised that sports capabilities of the soldiers should be enhance mirrored by himself as sports icon.
